Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date it arrives to your door. If your parcel doesn’t fit through your letterbox, the delivery driver will place the item at your door and stand at a safe distance while you collect it. Our couriers are ensuring that the parcels are delivered as safely as possible to your doorstep, with no contact. Our workshop team are making and dispatching your orders out of our logistics area as usual. If you are a customer living in Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland please note, due to ongoing changes regarding the Brexit transition, you will now be liable to cover any import and customs charges associated with your order.
